I just saved a word document in google docs and it didn't save the graphics....so I saved it as a pdf file and all is fine...Is there anyone else who has experienced this problem? I'm not sure why I happened to check!
When you uploaded your doc make sure you didn't check the box that says "Convert documents, spreadsheets, drawings and presentations to the corresponding Google Docs format." When you convert, some of the graphics can be lost - PDF is better, or upload the Word Doc without conversion. If that box didn't pop up when you uploaded go into your preferences and make sure you didn't select the conversion option as your default.
