Checking Out Books

Last year I just let my students take books from the classroom library...BUT I did have a problem with books not being treated properly-water damage/lost/torn covers.  So this coming year I'm having each student keep track in their 3 ring notebook the books they've checked out.  Here's the form I'm using.  Thanks Ladybug’s Teacher Files for the idea...I tweaked it for my own use.

  1. When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
a comment is added I get several emails with the same
comment. Is there any way you can remove people from
    that service? Bless you!

  2. First of all, unlike having to eat 6 times per day every day your training should only
be done 1 time per day 3 days per week with at least one day
of rest between training days. Then the skinny guy finds weight gainers and tries them,
or some other worthless supplement, and never really understands why he is not
big and muscular like the other guys at the gym. Eating based on your
mood is not the path to healthy weight gain.

  3. Another available treatment option that can be done at home without a prescription is
a topical ointment. This is a great font for use with winter designs as
you prepare all your Christmas artwork. There are many
different reasons that could lead to the development
of these tags on the skin.
